Accommodation is available at the below hotels with Symposium rates applied and can be booked at the time of registering or at a later date.

Within 30 days of the Symposium you will need to contact the hotel directly to see if the rates can still be applied and whether there is any availability.

All rates are per room, per night and do not include breakfast, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy:

For any rooms cancelled within 30 days, a cancellation fee may be charged which is equal to one night’s accommodation.
Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the total cost of accommodation cancelled.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and no-shows within 30 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the entire booked period.
An early departure fee equal to one night room charge will be levied to any shortened stays after check in.
Credit cards will be charged in full 30 days prior to arrival.
